18jl11 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Members

1Definitions and Interpretation

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

14Account Suspension and Closure

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The member has provided false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• The account is involved in multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• The member requests account closure through the self-exclusion mechanism or by contacting support.
• A regulatory requirement or court order necessitates the closure or restriction of the account.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance held — including real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the member's own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member's registered payment channel following standard withdrawal processing and review.

Members who have had their account closed for conduct-related reasons may not re-register on the platform. 18jl11 uses technical and identity verification measures to identify repeat registrations from banned individuals.

15Changes to These Terms

18jl11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

• For minor or administrative changes, the updated terms take effect upon publication without further individual notice.
• For material changes that significantly affect member rights or obligations, 18jl11 will provide advance notice through the account notification system where reasonable to do so.
